The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, Philippine mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil9 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jil9 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to jil9 support immediately.

jil9 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials or arising from any unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your negligence.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. jil9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refused and returned (minus any applicable processing fees). Deposits identified as originating from criminal activity will be reported to appropriate Philippine authorities.

jil9 is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, system outages, or Philippine banking maintenance periods. Unresolved deposit issues should be reported to jil9 support with the relevant transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money Funds (i.e., deposited funds and cash winnings). Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jil9 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of Funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jil9 games without explicit written permission;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil9 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses;

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jil9 Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.

jil9's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your jil9 Account at the time the cause of action arose.

jil9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute on a deposit transaction;
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring suspension or termination;
• Player self-exclusion request submitted via Account settings or jil9 support.

Upon termination for breach, jil9 may withhold any Funds in the Account pending investigation. Funds verified as legitimately won from eligible play (not bonus abuse or prohibited activity) will be returned following resolution of the investigation.
